On foot
A break in the open
Put on your best walking shoes and pack perhaps a rucksack with food and drink. That is all you need for a break outdoors, for a walk in the forests or along the lakes. Follow the marked routes and spend a couple of hours getting some exercise in the open.
It produces new energy for body and soul.
The marked paths through the forests and along the lakes take you on varied routes, and often you can have it all to yourself. And there is no risk of getting lost. Some paths are narrow and only accessible on foot, whereas others are wide enough for bicycles.

At first dawn

If you feel like a special nature experience, the recipe is simple. Get up before the sun, put on your hiking boots and walk softly into the forest. Here you have a unique opportunity to watch everything wake up and listen to the birds singing their early morning songs. Remember to bring your fieldglasses, a cup of coffee and a bite to eat.
