Brewmaster Lars Kromand and the other brewmasters as well as the volunteer beer enthusiasts run the brew house. We focus on fresh brew every week, which we brew on good beer ingredients in the large boilers in the basement, where there are also tanks for storage. We pour the fresh beer on bottles in our bottling plant. In addition, we have the opportunity to make beer at draft beer facilities.
Community with a passion for beer and socializing
The brewhouse is run by volunteers who put in the heart and labor without pay. It is the community and togetherness that runs the house and that creates the special spirit that we know from the Danish cooperative. In doing so, we uphold proud Danish traditions. The community is a working community and a passion for beer, where we have many varieties for different mouths.
